I didn’t let these challenges define me—I used them as fuel to beat the odds and become who I am today.

I have a bachelor’s degree in sociology and have studied psychology and high performance for over 10 years.
When working at a local nonprofit, I successfully coached individuals facing significant life challenges, such as those on Social Security Disability, to regain their independence and reenter the workforce.
As a Master Certified Professional Life Coach with a certificate in High-Performance Coaching, I bring a unique blend of expertise and empathy to support my clients in overcoming their unique challenges and reaching their goals.
